Terms of use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms are the rules for using Spider Run, provided by [DATA CONTROLLER: to do]. You accept them when you create your account. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One account per person, used only by you.
- Everyone sees your player name: nothing offensive, nothing that impersonates someone else and no personal details (yours or anyone else's).
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Play fair
The game is only fun if everyone actually runs. You may not:
- Play on a bike, scooter, car or any other vehicle.
- Fake your location (fake GPS apps, emulators) or send tampered data.
- Use several accounts, or share one, to gain an advantage.
- Harass other players, including using the game to follow them.
If we detect cheating or abuse, we may cancel captures and results, and suspend or close the account.
Run sensibly
You're responsible for your own safety. Follow traffic rules, watch where you're going instead of your phone, don't enter private property or dangerous areas to conquer territory, and don't run if you don't feel well. No territory is worth an accident.
How the game works
- The server decides conquests, steals and cuts. GPS isn't perfect: now and then the result may not be exactly what you expected.
- So that the map isn't empty when the game starts in a city, some of the runners in the game are run by Spider Run. They play by the same rules as everyone else.
- Territory, points, medals and podiums are part of the game: they have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for money.
- We may change the game's rules and settings (for example, how long seasons last) to improve it.
The service
Spider Run is free and provided as is. We try to keep it running at all times, but there may be outages, bugs or changes, and we may stop offering it; if that happens, we'll let you know in advance. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost game data or for damages arising from using the app.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we'll update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app. If you keep playing afterwards, you accept the new terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. For any questions: [CONTACT EMAIL: to do].
