Delete your account

You can delete your Spider Run account and all its data at any time, in the app:

1. Open Spider Run and tap Menu.
2. Go to Privacy.
3. At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete.

What gets deleted

Immediately and for good: your account and email, your profile, your runs with their GPS points, your territory and trails, your medals, your private zones, your blocks, your notifications and your season results. Runs saved on your phone too. This can't be undone.

The only thing left is what's part of other players' numbers, without your name: for example, if you stole their territory, they still see it was stolen, but not by whom. In past season podiums, your place is left empty.

If you no longer have the app

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL: to do] from the email you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days at most and confirm when it's done.
